Losing weight and keeping it off can be such a struggle. At one point in my life, I had a grand total of 250 lbs (113.398 kg), this was way more than I had ever wanted to be and it wasn't healthy at all.
 I had made the decision that I needed to get healthy and stay that way. With determination and a whole lot of will power, I slowly began dropping off the pounds week by week. I started off walking about an hour each day. I did see some results but began seeing them more when I changed my eating habits. Eating at home, staying away from restaurants and junk foods has been a key factor in my weight loss.

 I went from 250 lbs (113.398 kg) to 150 lbs (68.038 kg). Wow a 100 lbs (45.359 kg) difference and until now I'm excited and inspired to help others achieve the same. Lets conquer this obstacle together for a healthier life and body. In my blog you will find books, videos recipes, motivation tips and techniques plus success stories of people just like you.
